Powering off your Ledger Nano X
To shut down your Ledger Nano X to preserve its battery, follow these quick steps:
Unplug the device
Simply press and hold both buttons to access the Control Center
Select the Power Off option
Your device should now be powered off.
Ledger Nano X not turning off?
Ledger Nano X is plugged in
If your Ledger Nano X is plugged into your computer or a socket, your Ledger Nano X simply won’t turn off. Unplug your Ledger Nano X before attempting to shut it down.
Software bug
Update your Ledger Nano X device to the latest version using the official Ledger Live software might clear out software bugs that could potentially be causing your device to not work as intended.
